Hi, i am using windows movie maker on Windows Vista. I have the movie all made and such but i want to save it as a windows 2000 file.
Is there any possible way i can do that? Or at least to windows xp?

Our reply:
Hi,

So you want to save the project file as a Windows XP movie maker project file?  Unfortunately, that's not possible.

However, you can export the project as a video file by clicking on File and then Save Movie As.  Once it's saved as a movie file, you can play it on any version of Windows and you can import it into Windows XP movie maker if you want to continue editing it in Windows XP.
