Jesus told us to make disciples of all nations. “All” means everyone, everywhere, no exceptions. One of the saddest assumptions you can make about someone is that they are unreachable – that “even if I shared my faith with them, there’s no way they would accept Christ.” We’re talking about a person Jesus loved enough to die for. Can you really assume they’re unreachable?
Sadly, it’s human nature to make judgments about people. We see people, we assume we know their “type,” and we draw conclusions about them before we ever get to know them.
The devil loves to instill fear and intimidation in us – whatever it takes to keep us from reaching out to others. Never assume that anyone is too different or too intimidating to want Jesus. Odds are those people do want Jesus, but no one has had the boldness to share Him with them.
“All nations” is everyone, everywhere – from India to Indianapolis.
