Plasma Productions

Your local videography studio Serving upstate New York, since 2008

Filmmakers Matthew Elton and Blake Cortright joined together in 2006 to share their enthusiasm for film and storytelling. Their early efforts to tell stories through video have since grown into a passion for videography and an expanding business venture.
In 2008, they started Plasma Productions with the goal of offering professional video production services at prices people could actually afford. It was a huge success, and they quickly built up an impressive array of experience in event, promotional, documentary, and music videos.
In 2010, Blake produced The First Encampment. A feature-length documentary on the first Boy Scout camp in America, it aired on television across New York and was released on DVD.  Blake went on to intern at a PBS-affiliated TV station, and he is currently studying Film and Television at Regent University.  In 2012, he left Plasma Productions to start his own company, Arche Productions.
The leader of Plasma Productions, Matthew Elton studied Film and Digital Media at Messiah College and Temple University. Armed with high-end camera equipment, top-notch editing skills, and a passion for his work, his mission is to provide you with unmatched video services at unbeatable prices.
